Rekoline / 5mm / 1,2x10m / Rekoplast

Rekoline is a rubber mat in roll form intended for industrial, technical and construction applications, designed to be used as a semi-finished product that can be further adapted to specific project requirements. It is made from finely ground SBR rubber granulate bonded with thermoplastic polymers, resulting in a homogeneous, resilient material with a favourable balance between self-weight and mechanical strength. The mat retains the flexibility needed to damp vibrations and impacts, while at the same time remaining dimensionally stable under typical in-service loads so that it does not deform permanently during prolonged use. The product is available in the SCP range as part of professional flooring solutions for construction and industry.

The structure of REKOLINE features a longitudinal ribbed working surface on one side and a smoother backing on the other, with a standard roll width of approximately 1.2 m and a length of 10 m. This format allows large areas to be covered quickly and enables convenient cutting of the mat to the required dimensions – both into long floor strips and into individual pads under workstations or equipment. The ribbed surface improves traction and facilitates drainage of water and small debris from the surface, which enhances user safety, while remaining relatively easy to clean – the mat can be swept, vacuumed or wet-cleaned.

With a thickness of 5 mm, the mat performs well as a levelling, separation and basic acoustic layer in lightweight floor build-ups, providing noticeable reduction of impact noise and vibration transmission. Rekoline can act as a vibration isolation layer under screeds and toppings, as an underlay beneath floor finishes in residential, office and public buildings, and as an elastic intermediate layer beneath floors in industrial halls, technical rooms and circulation areas.

The mat effectively reduces the transfer of vibrations and noise into the building structure, protects the substrate against scratches, dents and other mechanical damage, and improves working comfort in high-traffic zones. Its resistance to typical service loads, combined with the anti-slip properties of the ribbed surface, means that REKOLINE can be used as a protective mat in warehouses, workshops, back-of-house technical areas, garages and service rooms. The product is manufactured from recycled raw materials and supplied fully in rolls, which facilitates storage, transport and quick installation on site.
