Rekoflat HD Puzzle is a 6 mm thick rubber granulate mat in puzzle format, intended for industrial, technical and general-use applications wherever easy installation, quick reconfiguration of the surface and good shock absorption are required. It is made from finely ground SBR rubber bonded with a thermoplastic binder, resulting in a homogeneous, resilient material with high density and high mechanical strength. The mat retains the flexibility needed to damp vibrations and impacts, while at the same time being stiff enough to perform well under point loads and not deform permanently during intensive use. The product is available in the SCP range as part of professional flooring systems for industry, construction and utility areas.

Each Rekoflat HD Puzzle element has dimensions of 0.6 x 0.6 m and is equipped with interlocking edges that allow individual tiles to be joined into a stable, continuous surface without the need for permanent fixing to the substrate. The locking system makes it easy to extend, reduce or rebuild the floor area and, if necessary, quickly remove individual elements. The structure of the mat is smooth on both sides, without embossing and without a textile layer, while the slightly rough feel of the granulate surface provides good anti-slip properties and stability in use. This type of finish is also practical in everyday operation – the tiles are easy to handle and their surface can be swept, vacuumed or wet-cleaned without difficulty.

The 6 mm thickness combined with the high density of the material provides very good impact absorption and vibration isolation. Rekoflat HD Puzzle reduces the transmission of vibrations and noise to the substrate, which makes it suitable as an elastic top layer or anti-slip underlay under machines, equipment and devices, as well as a mat for gyms, fitness zones or to improve acoustic comfort in corridors and walkways. The granulate puzzle tiles are resistant to tearing and mechanical damage – they are practically impossible to tear apart by hand – which is a significant advantage over standard regranulate mats in rolls or sheets.

Thanks to its modular design, Rekoflat HD Puzzle can be used both on smaller areas and in larger layouts where the possibility of temporary installation, relocation or local repair of the surface is important. The mat effectively protects floors from scratches, dents and other damage, improves working comfort and user safety, and at the same time does not require complex installation or specialised tools.
