Rekoflat HD / 5mm / 1,2x10m / Rekoplast

Rekoflat HD is a rubber granulate mat in a roll, intended for industrial, technical and construction applications, treated as a semi-finished product to be further adapted to specific requirements. It is made from finely ground SBR rubber bonded with a thermoplastic binder, which results in a homogeneous, resilient material with high density and high mechanical strength. The mat retains the flexibility needed to damp vibrations and impacts, while at the same time being stiff enough to perform well under point loads and not deform permanently during intensive use. The product is available in the SCP range as part of professional flooring solutions for industry and construction.

The structure of REKOFLAT HD is smooth on both sides, without embossing and without a textile layer, with a standard width of approx. 1.2 m. This format allows for quick coverage of large surfaces and convenient cutting of the mat to the required sizes – both into long walkways and into individual pads under machines, racks or workstations. The slightly rough feel of the granulate surface provides good anti-slip properties, improving user safety, while remaining easy to clean – the mat can be swept, vacuumed or wet-cleaned.

The range of available thicknesses makes it possible to match the mat to different functions: thinner variants work well as a levelling, separation and basic acoustic layer, while thicker versions provide clearly better sound insulation, higher impact absorption and greater resistance to deformation under load. Thanks to its favourable impact sound reduction and dynamic stiffness parameters, Rekoflat HD can act as a vibration isolation layer under screeds, under machines and equipment, under floors in industrial halls or as an elastic underlay for floor systems.

The mat effectively reduces the transmission of vibrations and noise to the building structure, protects floors against scratches, dents and other mechanical damage, and improves working comfort in high-traffic zones. Its resistance to wear and deformation, combined with anti-slip properties, means that REKOFLAT HD can be used as a protective mat in production halls, warehouses, workshops, back-of-house technical areas, garages and service rooms. The product does not contain hazardous substances and is fully supplied in rolls, which facilitates storage, transport and quick installation on site.
