Rekoflat HD 10 mm

Rekoflat HD is a heavy-duty rubber mat made from recycled granulate, designed for industrial applications where resistance to loads, impacts and intensive use is essential. It is manufactured from SBR rubber granulate bonded with thermoplastic polymers, combining high mechanical strength with good flexibility and shock-absorbing properties.

The 10 mm thickness and high density provide a rigid, stable sheet that performs well under point loads, reduces the risk of punctures and effectively dampens vibrations and impact noise. Its homogeneous, flat structure based on recycled granulate makes it a solution that is both durable and environmentally friendly.

Construction and finish

The Rekoflat HD mat is produced as a flat sheet with dimensions of 1.2 x 1 m, fully filled with a mixture of rubber granulate and thermoplastic binder, without voids or “waffle” structures. The working surface is smooth with a natural, slightly rough texture typical of granulate, which improves grip and anti-slip performance.

During production, a thin nonwoven layer is applied on one side, giving the mat a slightly softer, pleasant-to-touch surface and making handling and installation easier. The other side – fully rubber – has a distinctly rough structure and can be used as the working surface where high abrasion resistance and better adhesion to the substrate are required.

Performance properties
