Regranulat 750 – SBR rubber granulate mat

Regranulat 750 SCP Select is a flexible roll mat made of SBR rubber granulate bonded with a polyurethane binder. The mat is produced from finely ground rubber particles which, after compression, form a resilient structure with a density of approx. 750 kg/m³. The polyurethane binder acts as a durable “glue” between the rubber granules, allowing the mat to maintain its elasticity while providing good resistance to mechanical damage. This construction offers solid impact absorption, noise and vibration damping, and user comfort, with a lower self‑weight than mats with higher density. The mat is supplied in rolls, which makes it easy to quickly cover larger areas and cut strips to the required size.

In mats made from rubber regranulate, as the material density increases, the surface of the mat becomes smoother and its structure more compact. Lower‑density mats such as Regranulat 750 have a more “open” structure and are lighter, which makes them well suited as underlays and bottom layers in industrial, warehouse and technical environments. In applications where shock absorption and separation from the base are more important than visual effect, Regranulat 750 is an economical and functional solution.

Regranulat 750 has been designed as a product for a wide range of technical applications. It can be used as a vibration‑insulating mat under machines and equipment, as a protective layer beneath floors in warehouse, workshop and logistics zones, as well as a protective underlay for floors in vehicle loading spaces or at workstations where the floor requires additional protection. The granulate structure provides good grip and helps to mask minor dirt and traces of use – any micro‑damage is less visible than on a completely smooth solid rubber surface. Despite its relatively simple, technical surface, the mat offers good anti‑slip properties for safety footwear, which is important in work areas and traffic routes.

Conditions of use and limitations

Regranulat 750, as a material based on SBR rubber granulate, is intended primarily for use in chemically neutral environments. It is not recommended for long‑term contact with oils, fuels, greases or aggressive chemicals – in such applications, products with increased chemical resistance should be considered. The mat can be used indoors and in sheltered areas; when exposed to weather conditions, the natural ageing process of the rubber and polyurethane binder must be taken into account.

Thanks to its density of approx. 750 kg/m³, Regranulat 750 offers a good balance between low weight, flexibility and functionality – it is suitable for regular use in technical applications, although in areas with very heavy traffic or under heavy machinery it is advisable to consider partial or full bonding to the substrate. Like any industrial rubber‑based product, it may have a noticeable smell immediately after unpacking, which gradually diminishes over time with adequate ventilation.
