Piramida SBR – Sphynx rubber flooring

Piramida SBR Sphynx is a vulcanised rubber flooring by Zenith, made from synthetic SBR rubber and finished with a distinctive pattern of small raised pyramids on the walking surface. This three-dimensional structure creates a dense grid of contact points with footwear, significantly improving traction in multiple directions and giving the surface a clearly technical, industrial appearance. With a thickness of 3 mm, the flooring combines good mechanical strength with resilience, making it suitable both as a floor covering and as a protective mat in areas with an increased risk of slipping and intensive use.

The surface of Piramida SBR is finished with the pyramid pattern on the top side and a light cloth impression on the underside, which improves adhesion to the substrate and facilitates bonding in permanent installations. The standard roll size of 1.2 m in width and 10 m in length allows larger areas to be covered quickly with a limited number of joints, while the roll format simplifies transport, storage and installation. The flooring can be cut to size with a utility knife, enabling precise fitting to the shape of rooms, traffic routes, platforms, steps and work areas. The pyramid pattern also helps to mask minor soiling and signs of use, and the surface is suitable for sweeping, vacuuming and wet cleaning.

Thanks to its construction, Piramida SBR Sphynx is used in workshops, warehouses, production halls, garages, service zones and technical back-of-house areas, where the combination of anti-slip performance, floor protection and improved working comfort is important. The vulcanised SBR rubber withstands typical service loads, protects the substrate against scratches, dents and point impacts, and at the same time provides basic noise and vibration damping. The flooring can be used as a loose-lay mat on existing floors or permanently bonded in areas with higher levels of pedestrian traffic.
