Feniks NG Insulation – Zenith insulation mat

Feniks NG Insulation is a flexible rubber flooring / insulation mat from Zenith, intended for technical applications in construction and industry wherever a combination of basic acoustic insulation, substrate protection and improved user comfort is required. It is made from synthetic SBR rubber in a grey colour, giving it a neutral, technical appearance that fits well into back-of-house areas, service zones and modern utility interiors. The 3 mm thickness provides basic vibration and impact sound damping while keeping the weight low and ensuring easy handling and cutting.

The structure of Feniks NG Insulation is based on a smooth, slightly textured walking surface and a backing suitable for installation on mineral, wooden and structural substrates. The 1 x 10 m roll format allows quick coverage of areas with different geometries and makes it easy to cut the mat to size – both as floor strips and as individual pads under equipment, workstations or circulation zones. The mat can be laid loose as a protective layer on existing floors or used as part of a floor build-up – under floor coverings, panels or boards, acting as a levelling and sound-dampening underlay.

Thanks to its construction, Feniks NG Insulation works well as a vibration and noise damping layer under light machines, equipment and racking, as a protective layer on floors in warehouses, workshops and technical zones, and as an underlay beneath floor finishes in utility rooms where reducing impact sound and protecting the surface against scratching is important.
