SBR rubber flooring – Zenith Diamond, width 1.2 m

Zenith Diamond is a vulcanised rubber flooring made from synthetic SBR rubber, distinguished by its characteristic diamond pattern on the walking surface. The structure of small, raised diamonds creates a dense network of contact points with footwear, which improves traction in multiple directions and gives the surface a distinctly technical, industrial appearance. The flooring combines good mechanical strength with resilience, making it suitable both as a floor covering and as a protective mat at workstations and in areas with an increased risk of slipping.

The surface of Zenith Diamond features a diamond finish on the top side and a light cloth impression on the underside, which improves adhesion to the substrate and facilitates bonding in permanent installations. The standard roll width of 1.2 m allows the flooring to be flexibly adapted to corridors, work areas, entrance zones and traffic routes, while the roll format makes it possible to cover larger areas quickly with a limited number of joints. The flooring can be cut to size with a utility knife, enabling precise adaptation to the shape of rooms, platforms and recesses.

Thanks to its construction, Zenith Diamond is used in workshops, warehouses, production halls, garages, service areas and technical back-of-house zones, where the combination of anti-slip functionality, floor protection and improved user comfort is important. The vulcanised SBR rubber withstands typical in-service loads, protects the substrate against scratches, dents and point impacts, and at the same time provides basic noise and vibration damping. The flooring can be used as a loose-lay mat on existing floors or permanently bonded in areas with higher levels of pedestrian traffic.
